    Pro:
Their combo sandwich Number 1 was excellent best in town. I like how they made that sandwich compared to tony and Q bakery. I was surprised too. they didn't use too much liver pate spread, which is good for my taste.  Their banh mi is fresh.
Banh Duc ngot- they make it much better than other places in seattle!
Their regular pork eggroll is .75 cents and their shrimp w/ pork eggroll is $1. I recommend the shrimp w/ pork eggroll. Due to the unclear label thought it was just a shrimp rolled but it was actually shrimp w/ pork. shrimp w/pork taste very good.

    so so:
Try the tofu sandwich wonderfully delicious! The Hanh bot chien was good.  Their durian smoothie was good. Fresh real avocado smoothie pricier than other delis. They have awesome fresh deli hot food, particularly like their vegetarian tofu and bamboo kho. veggies stir fry was ok. They also have vegetarian beef stew ( bun bo hue chay). They have very fresh banh Hoi wish there was more fish sauce than the tiny amount they give wasn't enough.
Their avocado smoothie was ok not great Seattle deli makes better!
Their Soi green, orange and, yellow was ok. It's soft but the taste I had better.

    cons:
Sugar cane drink - i asked for no ice and well there was ice and a slice of orange and it was weak. Nothing compared to fire and ice 100% real fresh sugar cane drink.
They also have coconut jelly it's ok larger than Che deli but similar taste. I can make this at home.
Their three color jelly padan and coffee were excellent, but recently it was too artificially sugary. I didn't like the taste. So far, I'll go to Q bakery for the colorful jelly dessert.
The flan was larger than Che deli but overly artificial sweet.
I didn't like their soi mang - lam seafood is better with this.
Banh bao - i didn't like it at all.Their banh beo wasn't so good.
Their hot stir-fry noodle i didnt like.

The food here is delicious, I've been looking around for good Asian foods and this was the place. Little did I know that this was my childhood place as well as the other markets. I love the style of food they cook and the banh mi, the to-go food such as rice and veggies, pork, fish, all the delicacies. Just tasty. My wife and I enjoy this place. The only reason however, the reason I give this a 2 star was the prices, quantity for price and quality of food, pest problem.

I had picked out one of the pastries that the lady had told me was for 50cents (it was so tiny) and after she talked with another lady, she said $2.50, I was like um ok. Don't ask me why I bought it but I bought it anyways smh. ‍ anything for my wife.

Anyways, the quality of some of the food is bland and too salty sometimes. Almost made me cringe due to the amount added. The rice compliments the food anyhow.

Second, pest problems. I was standing at the counter waiting for the nice gentleman to help with my order and out pops cockroaches, I looked at the man, he looks at me, I look at the roach, the roach looks at me, the man looks at the roach, I voice my concerns and the man smacks it to the ground with the look on his face like "oh, you didn't see anything" (the man continues to walk away like nothing happened) it disgusted me to see bugs. Especially flies that fly near the food, yuck!

Overall if they fixed that, it would make the rep that much better. I remember goin here and other stores as a kid. Good times so I'm not about to close this negatively.

I suggest they also put the names of the food they make AND label the pastries because it's frustrating to walk in there and not know what I'm looking at other than it being a baked item.

Food is delicious, customer service is great, people are friendly, food sanitation... needs work. needs a better food storage so flies don't fly near the food and labels. If they took care of that, this store would be banking.

Fuzzy mold on my coconut jello! Bought 100$ worth of food there and came home to see that there was white fuzzy mold on the top on my jello. So disappointed and disgusted I threw away it right away. I called them and asked them to put a date on their food, so they can responsibly throw away old products. I hope they do that cause they make a lot of money and been around for a awhile, they need to be responsible.

Good variety of banh mi on the menu along with other foods. Prices are reasonable. Ingredients are fresh. Parking can be challenge in the mall lot. Very close by the light rail station. Walkable distance around the neighborhood and beyond.

Sucks to say but Tammy's is no longer my favorite spot. I used to love coming into Tammy's to get their fresh food as well as their banh mi. But lately every time I come I've noticed that their fresh food really isnt fresh and always tastes sour so it's obviously gone bad and wasting 5+ on each fresh food for it to come out bad and sour totally sucks. As well as every time we get banh mi here our entire house gets stomach aches. I thought it was juSt a one time incident but its been happening every time we go there! It just seems like their more worried about saving money so they keep old stuff and dont throw it out. Very disappointing save your time and money and go to tonys or any other Vietnamese bakery down the street.
